Please don’t take images from my website without asking me first – I’m not being sniffy, it’s because all of the work on this site was commissioned by other people, depending on the licence that I worked under at the time, not all of the images are now mine to give or sell.  So by not asking me about all of this first, you could  get into a lot of legal trouble from the companies who now own the images.

I display them to show examples of what I do in the business field, I only sell or give copyright permission for the pictures that are mine to sell or licence.

For the work that I do own the full copyright to, you would be asked to pay either a reproduction fee (for a commercial venture) or simply provide a credit linked to this site for personal use, however (I’m going to say it yet again, how boring of me), you would need to ask me first to ensure that the image that you want to use is my copyright.

Be polite, it’s only fair.  I make my living from selling my work, so please don’t steal it.  You wouldn’t take a print from a real gallery would you?  So please don’t take my virtual prints from mine.  Thank you.
